(8:38 a.m. EDT) — Crystal is introducing four new Wellness at Sea retreats for 2027 aboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, featuring expert-led programming focused on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and healthy aging.
According to the company, the voyages are based on four core pillars to support a holistic approach to self-care: culinary nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and education in longevity science.
Developed by Dalila Roglieri, Crystal's wellness ambassador and culinary nutritionist, the sailings offer a range of wellbeing activities, including yoga, Pilates, strength training, dance, aqua fitness and pickleball. Guests can also participate in nutrition consultations, cooking demonstrations and culinary workshops, meditation, breathing classes, gratitude journaling and sound healing.
The program will also include lectures on healthy aging and the latest developments in longevity science.
"Wellness is deeply personal, which is why every Wellness at Sea retreat is designed to offer a variety of perspectives and practices that support each guest's individual journey," said Roglieri.
"From movement and nutrition to mindfulness and connection, these voyages bring together an exceptional group of specialists dedicated to helping guests invest in their wellbeing at sea and long after the journey ends."
The first wellness voyage aboard Crystal Symphony sails from Fort Lauderdale to Las Palmas from March 20 through April 2, 2027, and focuses on building lifelong healthy habits. Highlights include functional fitness, Pilates-inspired movement, one-on-one consultations, and lectures on balance, bone health and healthy aging.
Sailing from Panama to New York between August 20 and September 3, 2027, Crystal Serenity will introduce an enhanced pickleball experience led by Fitness Specialist and Pickleball Player Kat Valos. The program includes on-court instruction, off-court conditioning and a friendly onboard tournament.
Serenity's second wellness retreat sails from New York to San Juan, October 12–21, 2027, blending active movement with restorative wellbeing.
The final retreat in the series departs in November 2027 aboard Crystal Symphony, sailing from Lisbon to Fort Lauderdale. The transatlantic voyage explores the connection between food, wine and wellbeing through a sensory-focused program led by Wendy Narby of Bordeaux Experts. The program includes wine tasting, food and wine pairing discussions and sensory workshops.
Specialists include Jenni Demus (yoga and mental wellbeing), Minna McHale (strength and fitness), Lacey Cleland (fitness and dance), Mandi Appelberg (fitness and sound healing), Eva Estandler and Sabrina Sawall (yoga and sound healing), Chef Abbie Gellman (culinary nutrition), and Mary Ann Adornato (Pilates and physical therapy).
