Tandanor Completes Repair of Ginga Bobcat After Accidents in Paraná-Paraguay
Tandanor has completed the repair of the Panamanian-flagged chemical tanker Ginga Bobcat, which was involved in two accidents on the Paraná-Paraguay waterway. The Argentine shipyard carried out work on the hull, internal structure, anchor, and fairing. The first incident occurred in early May when it collided with the oil tanker Helios off Campana, carrying 10,300 tons of sulfuric acid. Twelve days later, the vessel was struck by a convoy towed by the HB Perseus off Rosario.
