ONE Resumes Import and Export Bookings in Venezuela

Dear ONE Customer,

Following our previous updates on the situation in Venezuela, Ocean Network Express (ONE) has been continuously monitoring local port infrastructure conditions and authorizations along with our regional teams.

Current Operational Status and Contingency Actions:

• Import Bookings: ONE is accepting new import bookings to Venezuela.
• Export Bookings: Bookings originating from Venezuela continue to be accepted.
• Port Operations: Commercial operations at the Port of La Guaira remain suspended until further notice. Cargo originally destined for La Guaira that was discharged in Puerto Cabello constitutes full fulfillment of our obligations under the Contract of Carriage, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bill of Lading.
