AD Ports Jumps Into Brazilian Ag Market with Largest-Ever M&A Transaction

AD Ports Group has agreed to acquire Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura (CLI), Brazil's leading independent agri-bulk port terminal operator, in a deal valued at $835 million. The acquisition marks AD Ports' entry into South America and its largest-ever M&A transaction. In 2025, CLI handled 17 million tonnes of agri-bulk cargo with revenue of $178 million and EBITDA of $98 million, operating terminals at the Port of Itaqui and Port of Santos.
