We continue to experience a high volume of cases where import documentation for containers discharged in Rijeka and destined for Serbia is submitted late, incomplete, or incorrect, leading to delays in train planning, congestion at the terminal, extended dwell times, and increased operational handling.
To ensure service stability and maintain efficient operations for all customers, the following documentation requirements and charges apply: All documentation must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to vessel ETA in Rijeka.
