Port of Arica Receives Visit from Senate Commission on Extreme Zones

Members of the Senate Commission on Extreme Zones visited the Port of Arica to analyze its strategic importance. The commission, composed of Senators Enrique Lee, Vlado Mirosevic, Miguel Ángel Calisto, and Carlos Kuschel, toured the facilities with managers from Terminal Puerto Arica and Empresa Portuaria Arica. The port's role in regional integration, foreign trade, and its potential in bi-oceanic corridors was emphasized.
