As the newly appointed VP member services at Travel Leaders Network, Anthony Viciana will support US affiliate (non-franchise) members of the giant travel agency consortium.
Viciana will oversee the integration of new affiliates into the network while partnering with existing members to accelerate growth through strategic business coaching, increased adoption of network programs, strengthened supplier partner engagement and expanded revenue opportunities.
Viciana brings decades of travel industry experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Most recently VP sales at Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, before that he spent nearly 20 years at Princess Cruises, ultimately as director of sales, following 15 years at Carnival Cruise Line, most of that time as director, national account sales.
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Viciana will report to Megan Wollak, SVP member services.
