Fleet-wide menu upgrades underway, with new restaurants and bars debuting for the first time on Carnival Festivale and Carnival Tropicale
Miami, June 26, 2026 -- Carnival Cruise Line has launched The Next Course, a new wave of culinary experiences that includes restaurants and bars arriving on Carnival Festivale in 2027 and Carnival Tropicale in 2028, as well as innovative dining experiences currently rolling out across the entire fleet.
Carnival carries more than 6 million guests annually and serves over 100 million meals, giving the cruise line unique insights into dining trends that have driven the development of new culinary products.





To unveil The Next Course, Carnival hosted an immersive event in New Orleans featuring Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse, giving attendees an exclusive first look at Carnival's future dining plans.
