Sigdo Koppers Acquires Puerto Andino with FNE Approval

The National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE) approved the acquisition of Puerto Andino by Puerto Ventanas (PVSA), a subsidiary of Sigdo Koppers, in an operation with Engie Chile. The terminal, located in Mejillones Bay, has the capacity to transfer over 6 million tons annually. Executive President Juan Eduardo Errázuriz highlighted that the approval strengthens northern Chile's logistical infrastructure.
