The study will analyze opportunities in containerized cargo, solid and liquid bulk, general cargo, and Ro-Ro through operational planning and financial evaluation. The consultancy will define short, medium, and long-term development scenarios. The objective is to identify alternatives to improve the efficiency and expand the commercial capacity of the terminal.
The strategy will strengthen the port's competitiveness and diversify the cargo segments served. Its development will contribute to boosting regional logistics chains and the growth of maritime trade in South America.
