Conecta Logística announced the partial renewal of its board of directors for the period between May 26, 2026, and May 25, 2029, incorporating Gloria Maldonado and Holger Paulmann as new directors of the Foundation. Likewise, Pedro Traverso will continue to be part of the board during this new period.
The board of directors of Conecta Logística also includes Ximena Corbo, Katia Trusich, Francisca Yáñez, and Gordon Wilmsmeier, the latter representing the international academic position, forming a team with outstanding experience in business leadership, strategic development, public-private articulation, technology, and innovation.
The incorporation of both directors is part of a new stage of consolidation and growth for Conecta Logística, an organization that promotes articulation between the public, private, and academic sectors to strengthen logistical development, competitiveness, and sustainability in Chile.
Gloria Maldonado has a distinguished career in business leadership and corporate governance, participating in the boards of important companies and institutions in the country. Her experience in institutional strengthening and strategic management represents a valuable contribution to the future challenges of the Foundation.
For his part, Holger Paulmann has led important processes of business growth and innovation, actively participating in spaces for collaboration and reflection on the country's development and competitiveness. His incorporation will contribute to strengthening Conecta Logística's projection and articulation capacity in this growth stage.
The Foundation especially thanked both for their willingness to join this challenge, as well as the continuity of Pedro Traverso, whose commitment and participation have been relevant in the development of Conecta Logística in recent years.
Likewise, the organization expressed its recognition and gratitude to Janet Awad and José Luis Mardones, who are ending their term as directors of the Foundation, highlighting their important contribution to the institutional strengthening and consolidation of Conecta Logística.
