Changes in the Boards of Directors of Talcahuano and Empormontt Ports after Resignations Accepted by SEP
The SEP accepted the resignations of directors at Talcahuano and Empormontt Ports, appointing new members to complete the current terms. Ana Karina Vidal Soto replaces Juan Carlos Altmann Martin in Talcahuano (until October 2, 2029), while Paula Bunster Raby takes over from María Francisca Sanz Yuraszeck in Empormontt. The changes were agreed upon by the SEP's Board of Directors on June 11.
