The emergency was controlled by firefighters and the crew. According to the company, emergency protocols were immediately activated, allowing for the safe evacuation of all passengers and crew, with no injuries reported.
Emergency services responded quickly and managed to control the fire, and local authorities immediately attended to all passengers. CroisiEurope teams arranged their accommodation in hotels and organized their return home, which was scheduled to begin the following day.
