Silversea appoints Nicola McNeish as UK & Ireland sales director

Silversea named Nicola McNeish as senior director of sales for UK & Ireland, with the appointment taking effect from the end of September. McNeish will report to Andreas Nuessel, Silversea's MD for UK and EMEA.

Role focuses on trade sales strategy

In her new position, McNeish will lead Silversea's UK & Ireland trade sales strategy and manage relationships with local trade partners. The appointment forms part of the cruise line's efforts to strengthen its position within the luxury cruise market.

Extensive cruise industry background

McNeish brings more than 20 years of experience in travel and cruise distribution to the role, including experience with Celebrity Cruises and Thomas Cook Group. She joins from Celebrity, where she served as director of sales, leading the UK & Ireland sales organisation. Her responsibilities included overseeing sales, trade marketing, trade support, training, partnerships and events.
