(11:50 a.m. EDT) — Century Cruises has revealed details of its new Yangtze River flagship Century Vision, scheduled to debut in 2026.
Spanning seven decks, Century Vision can accommodate up to 650 passengers in 236 cabins and boasts one of the highest public-space-to-passenger ratios on the Yangtze River.
The ship features three restaurants with panoramic windows, serving Chinese and international cuisine prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The Digital Museum Zone serves as an interactive digital library where passengers can explore China's history, culture and heritage.
Century Vision will also offer onboard lectures, cooking demonstrations, traditional cultural performances, tai chi sessions, and introductory Mandarin language lessons in its state-of-the-art theatre, designed to deliver both comfort and immersive entertainment. The ship also features a modern fitness center and a luxurious spa.
"Century Vision represents far more than the launch of a remarkable new ship—it reflects Century Cruises' long-term commitment to redefining luxury river cruising through innovation, exceptional hospitality, and authentic cultural experiences," said David Fredericks, Century Cruises' president & general manager for the Americas. "We are incredibly proud to introduce this extraordinary vessel to our valued travel advisor partners and guests throughout North America while continuing to strengthen Century Cruises' position as one of the world's premier luxury river cruise brands."
Century Vision operates Century Cruises' signature four-day itinerary between Chongqing and Yichang, as well as in reverse.
