Nicole Aguirre, Rod Gadala and Dorothea Stratoudakis join in key roles.

Atlas Ocean Voyages expanded its commercial team with three veteran cruise industry professionals to support the company's growth, trade partner engagement and luxury positioning.
Joining are Rod Gadala as VP revenue management, Nicole Aguirre as regional sales director, South-Central US, and Dorothea Stratoudakis as director, charter & MICE operations.

Reporting to Rodriguez, Gadala leads the revenue management team and is responsible for driving pricing strategy, inventory optimization, forecasting and overall revenue performance across the business. With more than two decades of cruise industry experience, Gadala has built a career leading revenue management, financial planning and commercial strategy initiatives at senior leadership positions with SeaDream Yacht Club, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Silversea Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line.
He's developed and executed data-driven strategies that enhanced profitability, improved forecasting accuracy and supported long-term growth objectives. Gadala's expertise in revenue optimization and strategic planning will play a key role in maximizing commercial performance and supporting Atlas Ocean Voyages' expansion.
Reporting to Kelly Popovski, senior director, field sales, Aguirre is responsible for strengthening relationships with travel advisors and expanding the company's presence throughout the South-Central US region. Aguirre brings more than 15 years of sales leadership experience spanning both the cruise and luxury wine sectors.
During her nine years at Norwegian Cruise Line, she built high-performing partnerships and drove revenue growth across multi-state territories. During eight years in luxury wine sales, she cultivated strategic relationships and developed market expansion initiatives. Known for her relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the advisor community, the Houston native will focus on supporting travel partners throughout the region while advancing the company's trade-first sales strategy.
Reporting to Robert Cao, VP charter & MICE, Stratoudakis oversees the operational planning and execution of charter, incentive and meetings programs. With decades of experience across charter, incentive and group operations, she brings extensive expertise in strategic program management, event execution, workflow development and guest experience delivery.
Stratoudakis has held leadership positions at Royal Caribbean International and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In her new role, she will work closely with travel partners, direct accounts and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of charter and MICE experiences while supporting continued growth in this increasingly important segment of the business.
