Atlas Ocean Voyages has expanded its commercial team with the recent appointments of three veteran cruise industry professionals whose expertise will support the company's continued growth, trade partner engagement and luxury market positioning.
Joining the organization are Rod Gadala as vice president of revenue management, Nicole Aguirre as regional sales director, South-Central U.S. and Dorothea Stratoudakis as director, charter and MICE Operations.
"Finding great people is one of the most important investments we can make as a growing company," said James Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages.
"Gadala, Aguirre and Stratoudakis have each built outstanding careers in our industry and bring genuine passion to their roles. We're thrilled to welcome them to the team and look forward to the impact they'll make as we strengthen our relationships with travel advisors and continue delivering exceptional experiences for our guests," added Rodriguez.
Reporting to Rodriguez, Gadala leads the revenue management team and is responsible for driving pricing strategy, inventory optimization, forecasting and overall revenue performance across the business.
Gadala, according to Atlas, is a respected commercial executive with more than two decades of experience in the cruise industry.
Reporting to Kelly Popovski, senior director of field sales, Aguirre is responsible for strengthening relationships with travel advisor partners and expanding the company's presence throughout the region.
Aguirre brings more than 15 years of sales leadership experience spanning both the cruise and luxury wine sectors.
Reporting to Robert Cao, vice president of charter and MICE, Stratoudakis oversees the operational planning and execution of charter, incentive and meetings programs.

The company said in a press release that these appointments reflect the company's commitment to investing in talent and building a commercial organization designed to support long-term growth, strengthen industry partnerships and further elevate its position within the luxury travel sector.
