AmaWaterways shared a first look at AmaNubia, its vessel debuting on the Nile River in November, and updated renderings of the reimagined AmaDahlia, which will debut in its new form in September.
They'll join AmaLilia in Egypt.
"Egypt is unlike anywhere else," AmaWaterways CEO Catherine Powell said, adding that the company is seeing "such strong renewed interest" in the country.
Carrying 76 passengers in 38 staterooms, including 15 spacious suites, AmaNubia is designed to provide an intimate and luxurious home along the Nile. A half-sister to AmaLilia, the vessel offers many of the same venues and amenities while featuring its own distinctive layout and design.
The interiors are inspired by the artistry, textures and colors found throughout ancient Egypt, yet AmaNubia will sport contemporary elegance.
Cuisine featuring Middle Eastern flavors, a wellness area with spa services, a fitness center and other public spaces are designed for relaxation between shore experiences. Every sailing is accompanied by Egyptologists to bring history to life through lectures, expert insights and guided exploration.
AmaNubia will sail AmaWaterways' "Secrets pf Egypt & the Nile" itinerary, combining a luxury cruise with hotel stays in Cairo.
Included are visits to the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Horus at Edfu, Kom Ombo and Aswan, as well as an exclusive private visit to the historic Abdeen Palace in Cairo.
Travelers sailing on AmaNubia will stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, while AmaLilia cruisers stay at The St. Regis Cairo and AmaDahlia guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Cairo.
Optional add-ons include a visit to the Abu Simbel temple and tea at the historic Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan. Land extensions are also available in Alexandria, Dubai and Jordan.
AmaCleo is set to join in AmaWaterways' Egypt fleet in fall 2027.
