Cruise Ship Astoria Grande Arrives at Port Said for First Time
The Astoria Grande made its first visit to Port Said on August 17, 2026, with 414 passengers and 409 crew members aboard, according to the Suez Canal Economic Zone. The 1,186-passenger Russian-operated vessel, formerly AIDAcara, arrived from Kusadasi en route to its new homeport in Antalya. The ship now offers Eastern Mediterranean itineraries including Port Said, Piraeus and Valletta.
