Port Canaveral is updating and expanding Cruise Terminal 10 in a $95m project to accommodate ships carrying up to 5,700 passengers.
Completion is scheduled by November 2027.
CT-10 serves MSC Cruises and Disney Cruise Line.
The terminal will encompass more than 145,000 total square feet, nearly 30% larger than the current footprint.
Designed by Miami-based Bermello Ajamil & Partners, the reimagined facility will feature spacious, modern interiors with a streamlined look and feel, colorful artwork, a striking glass façade to allow more natural light and other design elements to create a welcoming environment.
Expanded security screening and luggage areas, new elevators/escalators, updated signage and HVAC systems are also being added.
Construction is by Orlando-based PCL Construction Services.
Cosmetic enhancements include updated lighting, artwork and signage.

"Our cruise business investments are highly focused on ensuring that guest arrivals and departures are comfortable, efficient and, above all, support the high-quality experience we provide for our cruise partners and their guests."
The CT-10 upgrades are part of the Port Canaveral Advantage, a nearly $1b capital improvement program that spans facilities upgrades, technology enhancements and other features across all aspects of operations.
Port Canaveral is home to seven cruise brands offering more than 1,000 sailings on 18 homeported ships, including some of the world's newest and largest.
