Panama Canal Publishes Amendment No. 2 to the Prequalification Document for Corozal and Telfers Container Transshipment Port Terminals
The Panama Canal published Amendment No. 2 to the Prequalification Document for the selection of concessionaires for the Corozal and Telfers container transshipment port terminals. The amendment incorporates adjustments to the document review mechanism, clarifications on consortia, updates to guarantees, and transparency annexes. A new period for clarifications has been enabled until June 8, 2026, and the deadline for document submission has been extended until June 29, 2026.
