Change to Emergency Contingency Surcharge Indian Subcontinent to North Europe (E3W)

Maersk announced a decrease in Emergency Contingency Surcharges (ECS) for Indian Subcontinent to North Europe (E3W) trade, effective from Price Calculation Date 20 May 2026. The surcharge for North West India and Pakistan to North Europe routes will be reduced from USD 500 to USD 200 for 20DRY and 40DRY containers, and from USD 1,500/500 to USD 1,500/200 for 40 HREF/45 HDRY containers. The changes apply to all OOG, SOC, and NOR containers.
