San Antonio Terminal Internacional (STI) handled the inaugural call of a newly built container ship from Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). The vessel arrived from Arica as part of the Alpaca service route.
The milestone was marked by the arrival of the MSC Senegal - measuring 260 meters in length, 45.6 meters in beam, and with a deadweight of 102,000 tons - at Berth N°2, operated by the concessionaire of the Port of San Antonio. It will perform 1,000 container movements.
