Hodder Tugboat Acquires Seaspan Marine's Transportation Operations in Canada

Seaspan Marine has finalized the sale of its historical wood chip, hog fuel, chemical, and railcar barge transportation operations to Hodder Tugboat Co. Ltd., based in Richmond, British Columbia.

The sale includes customer contracts and key assets such as tugboats and barges. Current customers are not expected to be affected by the sale. Hodder has also assumed the use of numerous berths leased from the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.
