Tauck to Launch MS Harmonie Riverboat in 2028

Tauck is set to expand its French river fleet with the arrival of MS Harmonie, sister ship to the existing MS Lumière.

Scheduled to debut in 2028, the new 130-passenger vessel will be custom-built to cruise the Rhone River and will share the deck plans and amenities of its sister ship. MS Harmonie will feature a swimming pool, full-service bar and shaded day beds on its Sun Deck. The Upper Diamond Deck will be home to The Retreat, an expanded wellness area offering a fitness center, massage treatment room and lounge framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Other highlights include sky-lit atriums and light-filled lounges and Arthur's, the ship's casual dining venue.

"The name Harmonie, which carries the same meaning in French and English, speaks to what we hope guests feel on board and along the river: a sense of balance, ease and connection to the places we explore."

MS Harmonie is part of a multi-phase investment in Tauck's river fleet. The cruise line has already introduced the MS Lumière and MS Serene, and will welcome the MS Reverie and MS Saudade in 2027. By 2028, Tauck's river cruising capacity will grow by more than 50%, supported by a broader portfolio of shoulder-season departures, a new six-day cruise format and additional destinations.
