CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has canceled 9 voyages scheduled to operate aboard Carnival Jubilee in 2027, citing changes to the vessel's itinerary plans.
The affected sailings were due to depart between August and December 2027. According to CCL, the canceled departure dates are 15th, 21st and 29th August; 12th, 18th and 26th September; 27th November; and 5th and 11th December.
The company advised that affected guests and their travel advisors have been notified of the cancellations and offered a range of alternative sailings and accommodation options. No further details were provided regarding the itinerary changes that prompted the decision.
The latest cancellations follow a similar adjustment announced earlier for Carnival Firenze, when CCL withdrew nearly a dozen sailings scheduled for late 2026, also attributing the decision to changes in itinerary planning.
Although cruise cancellations remain relatively uncommon, they can occur for a variety of operational reasons, including charter commitments, scheduled dry dock periods, technical upgrades, refurbishment projects or broader deployment changes within a cruise company's fleet.
