Ositran Sets Productivity Factor at -4.44% for Callao South Dock

In the official newspaper El Peruano on July 29, 2026, the approval of Board Resolution N° 0044-2026-CD-OSITRAN (issued on 07/25/2026) was made official. Through this legal instrument, the regulator establishes the productivity update rate that will govern the tariff review of regulated services at the Callao Port Terminal – South Zone, under the administration of DP World Callao S.R.L.

Application Mechanism and Tariff Formula

The productivity factor set at -4.44% will be in effect for a period of four years, concluding on August 17, 2030.

In accordance with the provisions of the Concession Contract and Ositran's General Tariff Regulations, the annual update of tariffs for regulated services will be calculated using the following tariff rule:

Tariff Adjustment=RPI−(−4,44%)

• Where RPI (RPI): Represents the variation of inflation expressed by the Consumer Price Index of the United States of America.
