The port of Manzanillo registered a 24% increase in agricultural bulk movement during the first half of 2026, compared to the same period last year.
May was the month with the highest volume of cargo moved, recording 217,048 tons, followed by April, with 208,620 tons.
February ranked third, with 171,710 tons; followed by March, with 163,571 tons; January, with 160,094 tons; and June, with 142,442 tons.
Likewise, an increase in the arrival of vessels carrying agricultural bulk was recorded during that period. In the first half of 2026, 26 ships with this type of cargo arrived, six more than in the same period last year.
