Carnival Corporation Finishes Celebration Key Pier Extension Ahead of Schedule

Carnival Corporation completed its Celebration Key pier extension on Grand Bahama Island ahead of schedule, adding two new berths to enable the destination to welcome up to four ships at once and more than 13,000 passengers per day. The expansion, which builds on the original two-berth pier that opened in July 2025, is expected to enable about 200 more ship visits and 700,000 additional passenger arrivals each year. Starting in September 2026, the destination will regularly host three to four ships simultaneously, with Princess Cruises and AIDA joining later this year.
