Agunsa Acquires 60% of Terminal Marítima del Grao in the Port of Castellón
Agunsa Internacional, a subsidiary of Grupo Empresas Navieras, acquired 60% of Terminal Marítima del Grao for 3,810,681 euros, in alliance with Grupo Sicar, which took 20%. The operation, approved by port authorities, extends the concession until May 2054. The terminal in the Port of Castellón, Spain, specializes in solid bulk and handles 3 million tons annually.
