Santander conducts chemical risk drill with 40 participants
The Government of Cantabria and Chane Terminal carried out a chemical risk drill on July 2, 2026, at the Port of Santander, involving around 40 people from various emergency organizations. Councillor Isabel Urrutia highlighted the importance of these exercises for coordinating procedures in critical situations, while the President of the Port Authority, César Díaz, emphasized that they strengthen response capabilities for any possible scenario.
