Notice of delays in payment application and freight release
Maersk announced a financial system modernisation transitioning to SAP S/4HANA in June 2026. A system freeze from 5 June to 8 June 2026 will cause delays in payment processing and freight release for cash customers. The company requests customers to complete payments at least three working days in advance and provide payment proof to the finance team to ensure timely cargo release during the freeze period.
