Russia Plans Support Measures for Grain Exports Amid Black Sea Disruptions
Russia's government is planning crop procurement, preferential loan extensions and sales subsidies to support grain producers, according to Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut. The ministry is also considering alternative export routes due to shipping disruptions caused by Ukrainian drone attacks. Three of Russia's largest grain terminals in Novorossiysk halted operations after being damaged. Russia has harvested 75 million tons of wheat to date.
