PortosRio Participates in the 8th Social Action for Artisanal Fishermen of Guanabara Bay
PortosRio participated in the 8th edition of the Social Action for Artisanal Fishermen at the Rio de Janeiro Port Authority (CPRJ) on June 2nd, benefiting 100 fishermen and fisherwomen from Guanabara Bay. The event, coordinated by CPRJ in partnership with PortosRio and public and private institutions, promoted navigation safety, safeguarding human life at sea, and preventing water pollution. Since 2020, the initiative has benefited over 400 artisanal fishermen, consolidating itself as an important integration between the Maritime Authority, Port Authority, environmental agencies, and the private sector.
