Hapag-Lloyd Suspends Land Route from Jeddah to the Persian Gulf

Hapag-Lloyd announced the immediate suspension of its cross-border land transport service from the Port of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to countries in the Persian Gulf. The indefinite measure affects cargo bound for Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates, which will be diverted by sea to the Port of Khorfakkan. Flows to Dammam and Jubail maintain normal operations.
