Mar del Plata Port Consortium Puts Weighbridge into Operation

The Mar del Plata Regional Port Consortium inaugurated a weighbridge with a maximum capacity of 60,000 kilograms for weighing cargo transport. The equipment, a Full GaMa model El Calafate, was installed as part of an agreement with the Executive Unit of the Argentine Single Window Foreign Trade Regime. The service began on Monday, August 24, with reduced hours and will operate full-time starting September 1, with a fee of 50,000 pesos (USD 33.12).
