Portos do Paraná Invests USD 15.6 Million in New Electrical Substation
Portos do Paraná invested R$ 81.3 million (USD 15.6 million) in a 60-megawatt substation to expand the electrical system of the Port of Paranaguá. The infrastructure will multiply the current capacity of 5 MW by twelve and will benefit between 30,000 and 60,000 households. The ETR consortium will execute the work in two years, with the support of the Municipality of Paranaguá.
