ICAVE Accelerates its Autonomous Path with 62.8 Million Pesos Investment

Hutchison Ports ICAVE invested 62.8 million pesos in the electrification and automation of operations in Veracruz. The terminal incorporated six new Autonomous Trucks, adding to six previous units, bringing the total to 12 driverless vehicles. According to Javier Rodríguez Miranda, General Manager, the new equipment will begin operations in June 2026 and is expected to reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 58% compared to conventional diesel equipment.
