Military Jets' Crew Members Safely Ejected after Idaho Air Show Collision, Navy Says
Four crew members from two E/A-18G Growler jets ejected safely after a mid-air collision at the Gunfighter Skies Air Show near Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho on Sunday at around 12:10 p.m. MDT. The jets, assigned to Electronic Attack Squadron 129 from Whidbey Island, Washington, collided while performing an aerial demonstration 2 miles from the base. The incident is under investigation and State Highway 167 will remain closed for several days.
