Port Authority of Seville Approves Agreement to Expedite Urban Port District

The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Seville (APS) approved the urban planning agreement with the Seville City Council to expedite the modification of the General Urban Planning Plan in the ARI-DBP-08 area. The APS will contribute USD 2.3 million for local facilities, including a Civic Center in the La Casa de los Estibadores building. The buildable area will be reduced by 30%, from 137,000 m2 to 98,000 m2, favoring permeability between the city and the dock.
