As part of the construction of the new Fishermen's Pier, personnel from the National Port System Administration (ASIPONA) Manzanillo participated in a symbolic act by imprinting their footprints in the concrete of the piles that will form the foundation of this important project.
The activity brought together collaborators from different areas of the entity, who left their footprints as a symbol of unity and belonging, signifying that each collaborator is part of Manzanillo's history.
During the day, seven reinforced concrete piles were cast, each with a square section of 50 × 50 centimeters and 18 meters in length. These are fundamental structural elements for the foundation of the new pier, designed to provide stability and resistance to the infrastructure.
Beyond the technical progress of the work, this act served to recognize the effort and dedication of ASIPONA Manzanillo personnel, whose daily work contributes to the execution of projects that drive port development and benefit the community.
