Customs Seizes Over USD 296,000 in Fake Sneakers at Iquique Port
The National Customs Service detected a container with 9,972 pairs of counterfeit sneakers from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Nike, along with 30 handbags and 60 caps, at the Port of Iquique. The shipment, originating from Asia and destined for the Free Trade Zone, was identified through risk analysis and intelligence, and all merchandise was seized.
