APN Participated in the XX International Arbitration Congress with its Specialized Arbitration Center in the Maritime and Port Sector
The National Port Authority (APN) participated on April 29 and 30 in the XX International Arbitration Congress in Lima, organized by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration. The event featured international experts from Chile, Mexico, Spain, France, and the Netherlands. The APN presented its Specialized Arbitration Center in the maritime and port sector, inaugurated in 2025, which has arbitrators with national and international experience to resolve disputes between operators and users of the port system.
