Queen Anne ship returns to Cunard's historic homeport Liverpool
Cunard's newest vessel, Queen Anne, made a brief return to Liverpool as part of a British Isles itinerary, allowing approximately 3,000 passengers to spend a day ashore before continuing to Cobh in the Republic of Ireland. The 113,000-tonne ship was officially named in Liverpool in June 2024, with the city designated as the ship's godparent. Queen Anne embarked on her maiden voyage from Southampton on May 3rd, 2024, reinforcing Cunard's enduring connection with Liverpool, which served as the company's headquarters for 128 years from 1840 until 1967.
