New Board of Directors Appointed for Chacabuco Port Company
The Board of Directors of the Public Companies System (SEP) has appointed the new board of directors for the Chacabuco Port Company (Emporcha), who will assume their duties starting June 10, 2026. Eduardo Vera Wandersleben will chair the board until October 2, 2027, replacing Luis Enrique Runín. The other members appointed by the Government of José Antonio Kast are Verónica Moya Escárate and Ignacio Guerrero Toro, who will serve until October 2, 2029.
