Holland America's Oosterdam to Feature Sunset Eclipse Sailing

Holland America Line announced that the Oosterdam will be positioned for a rare sunset eclipse viewing on August 12, 2026, off the coast of Spain, as part of a 13-day cruise departing Lisbon, Portugal, on August 9. The experience will feature themed food and beverage offerings, dedicated viewing events led by eclipse expert Dr. Adam Burgasser from UC San Diego, lectures, Q&A sessions, and live commentary during totality. The itinerary includes ports in Spain, France, Monaco, and Italy.
