Representing PortosRio, Roberta Carvalhaes gave the lecture "Public Transparency," addressing the fundamental concepts of the topic and highlighting the differences between active transparency and passive transparency. During her presentation, the Ombudsman also shared the practices adopted by PortosRio to strengthen institutional transparency and ensure access to information.
Another highlight of the lecture was the presentation of the Company's history of achievements in the National Public Transparency Program (PNTP), which resulted in the conquest of the Diamond Seal awarded in the evaluation carried out by the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) in the previous cycle, a recognition that reinforces PortosRio's commitment to excellence in public management and accountability to society.
