Paraguay: Route connecting Puerto Indio with Brazil enters its final stage
Lot 1 of the PY21 route, which connects Puerto Indio (Paraguay) with Brazil, has entered its final stage, with work now focusing on the completion of the weighing platforms. Section 1 covers 27 kilometers from the junction with PY07 and is being carried out by Benito Roggio e Hijos S.A., under the supervision of the MOPC, with financing from the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF). The project will benefit approximately 25,000 inhabitants and will consolidate a strategic connection that will facilitate the transport of agricultural produce, reducing logistics costs for the agro-export sector.
