Drone Detonates Spontaneously in Romanian Port of Constanta
A drone detonated spontaneously in the port of Constanța, Romania, on 5 June at around 10:30 a.m. local time, approximately 500 metres from an oil terminal. The incident caused no casualties but raised security concerns as threats from the Russo-Ukrainian war continue affecting Romania. Ukrainian authorities were notified the drone was part of a set of five, one of which had already exploded in Ukraine.
