Fuel Surcharge update in Portugal
Maersk announced a fuel surcharge adjustment for Portugal due to increased costs from the Middle East situation. From 11th May till 17th May 2026, surcharges of 12% will apply to truck, rail, and rail combined services. The surcharge will be reviewed weekly every Thursday instead of monthly, with no trigger applying during this period, and will remain in place as long as necessary to cover increased costs.
